1. Acceptance of Terms

All services are provided subject to site conditions, permit requirements, weather, and material availability. We reserve the right to decline a project if site conditions make it unsafe or infeasible to complete the work to our quality standards.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by San Bruno Asphalt Paving are good-faith projections based on the information available at the time of assessment. Estimates are not guaranteed final prices. The actual cost may change if:

• Site conditions differ materially from what was represented or visible during the estimate
• The scope of work changes at the customer's request
• Material costs change significantly between the estimate date and the project start date
• Unforeseen base damage, drainage issues, or subsurface conditions are discovered during work

Any changes to scope or price will be communicated to you before additional work is performed. We will not proceed with out-of-scope work without your authorization.

Written quotes, when provided, are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduled jobs are subject to weather conditions and crew availability. Asphalt paving and sealcoating cannot be performed in rain, on wet surfaces, or during temperatures that would prevent proper adhesion and curing. We will contact you if a job needs to be rescheduled due to weather.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled job, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover preparation costs, which will be communicated to you in advance.

We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, equipment issues, or material supply delays. We will make every effort to reschedule promptly and at a time that is convenient for you.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be set out in your written agreement or invoice. Standard terms are:

• A deposit may be required before work begins on larger projects, as specified in your quote.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee, as permitted by applicable law. If collection action becomes necessary, the customer is responsible for reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, to the extent permitted by California law.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Before work begins, you agree to:

• Clear the work area of vehicles, equipment, and personal property
• Provide accurate information about the property, including any underground utilities, drainage systems, or known base issues
• Obtain any required HOA approvals or neighbor notifications
• Keep the freshly paved or sealed surface free from vehicle traffic for the curing period specified by our crew

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities or structures that were not disclosed or that could not reasonably be identified during the estimate. We recommend calling 811 (California's "Call Before You Dig" service) before any excavation or grading work.

7. Warranty and Workmanship

San Bruno Asphalt Paving stands behind the quality of its work. Specific warranty terms, if any, will be stated in your written agreement. In general:

• We warranty our workmanship against defects caused by our installation for the period specified in your contract.
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to team@asphaltpavingsanbruno.com.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by extreme weather events, tree root intrusion, third-party work, vehicle fuel spills, or failure to follow post-installation care instructions.
• Natural settling, minor surface variations, and hairline cracking that does not affect the structural integrity of the surface are not covered warranty claims.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, San Bruno Asphalt Paving is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or your use of our website
• Delays caused by weather, permit processing, material supply, or circumstances beyond our control
• Damage to undisclosed underground utilities or structures
• Issues arising from pre-existing site conditions not visible during the estimate

Our total liability to you for any claim related to work performed will not exceed the amount you paid us for that specific job.
